"We are already doing everything we can to identify as quickly as possible all the Russian military personnel involved in these crimes. Everything to punish them. This will be a joint work of our state with the European Union and international institutions, in particular with the International Criminal Court.

I discussed this today with the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen. And also with Chancellor Nachmann of Austria. Agreed on his visit to Ukraine in the near future, "- stated in the message.
