On the morning of March 18, Russian troops launched a rocket attack on Kramatorsk. As a result, shells hit an apartment building and an administrative building, and two people are known to have been killed.

"In the morning, the Russians launched a missile strike on Kramatorsk. Hit a residential building and an administrative building. So far we know about 2 dead and 6 wounded, other details are being established," he noted.
