Vladimir Putin, the head of Russia's aggressor country, stated that the war in Ukraine, which he dubbed a "special military operation," was allegedly "going strictly according to schedule. The Russian president said that Russian troops in Ukraine are fighting "exactly against neo-Nazis. This, he said, is indicated by the course of combat operations.

He said that imaginary "neo-Nazis" allegedly opened fire on Chinese students who were trying to leave Kharkiv. It should be noted that this city, as well as many other settlements in Ukraine, has been purposely wiped off the face of the earth by the Russian occupiers for a week now.

To the families of all the dead occupiers, he ordered that 7,421,000 rubles be transferred, as well as monthly monetary compensation. In addition they will allegedly be paid another 5 million rubles each.
