As of today, February 26, a curfew will be in effect from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. in Kiev. All civilians who will be on the streets during the curfew will be considered members of the enemy's DRG. This was announced by the mayor of Kiev Vitaly Klitschko.
"For more effective defense of the capital and the safety of its residents from today, February 26, 2022, the curfew will be in force from 17:00 to 08:00. Such curfew time is introduced until the morning of February 28," Klitschko wrote.
Klitschko warned that all civilians who will be in the street during the curfew will be considered members of the enemy's sabotage and reconnaissance groups.
Enemy sabotage and reconnaissance groups are constantly working and making attempts to land on the left bank of the city of Kiev. All citizens are urged not to attempt to cross the Dnieper River in the direction of the right bank.
