Cherkasy region is preparing for a curfew in connection with Russia's invasion of Ukraine. This was reported by the chairman of the Cherkasy regional state administration Oleksandr Skychko.
"We are preparing for the introduction of a curfew in the Cherkasy region: from 22:00 to 6:00. During this time it will be forbidden to be on the street and other public places without specially issued passes and certificates," said the chairman of the regional state administration.
According to him, passes will be given only to employees of enterprises, institutions and organizations, which provide the vitality of the region.
"These are forced measures for your safety," Skichko added.
Also a curfew is being introduced in the city of Dnipro. It will be in force from February 24 from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
