Poroshenko's case: the court called the date of appeals

The Kiev Court of Appeal has set the date for the hearing of the appeal against the preventive measure for former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko. The hearing will be held on January 28. This is reported by the press service of the court.

 

"The hearing is scheduled for January 28. Consideration of complaints of the prosecutor and the defence of the ex-president will begin at 11 o'clock in courtroom 201", - said in the message.

 

The case will be heard by a panel of judges composed of judges Nikolai Yashchenko, Valeriy Lashevich and Ivan Rybak.
