The government has automatically extended the deferral of mobilization for three months. This applies to those employees who have received a “reservation” from the Ministry of Economy. This was announced by Taras Melnychuk, the permanent representative of the Cabinet of Ministers in the Verkhovna Rada.
Thus, the reservation is automatically extended for three months for those who have not expired at the time of the resolution, i.e. on May 7.
According to Melnychuk, the resolution concerns reservations within the framework of relevant decisions of the Ministry of Economy, in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers' Resolution No. 76 of January 27, 2023 “Some Issues of Implementation of the Provisions of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Mobilization Preparation and Mobilization’ on the Reservation of Persons Liable for Military Service for the Period of Mobilization and for Wartime”.
