The Ministry of Economy has reserved Glovo, bookmaker-related companies, advertising agencies and firms with US owners from mobilization. This follows from Order No. 8572, published by MP Oleksandr Fediyenko.
The list of companies booked for the next six months includes Glovoapp Ukraine (Glovo delivery), Favbet Tech (sports betting software development), SSM (advertising agency), Visa Ukraine (business consulting services, owned by two American companies), and Agri Chain (part of the Astarta agricultural holding).
The most obvious connection to the army among the companies listed in the document is the Kort company, which develops electronic warfare systems and drones.
“Out of the entire list, only one company has a connection with the army - Kort, which develops electronic warfare systems and drones. In general, I am not against the economic blockade. We need money to support the army. But sometimes even the heads of the TCC cannot understand why the companies that produce drones and EWs do not book because they do not meet the criteria, but those on the list, the letter attached, they are forced to book, the law...,” the MP said.
