Italian Defense Minister Guido Crozetto announced Italy's intention to approve a new military aid package for Ukraine. This is reported by Der Standard.
According to Crozetto, this will help Ukraine continue to defend itself against Russia.
He emphasized that Italy has always stood by Kyiv and provided defense support. However, the minister emphasized that sending Italian soldiers to Ukraine is excluded.
He explained that although Ukraine needs help, direct intervention of Italian troops in the conflict is excluded.
