According to the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation, Andriy Kovalenko, the Russian military group concentrated in the north of Ukraine has sufficient resources to conduct active operations in this area of the front.
"As of now, the Russian military grouping 'Sever' does not have the resources to attack Kharkiv. However, it has the resources to be active on the northern border," he said.
He also pointed out that Russian troops have the potential for tactical operations in the direction of Kupyansk district of Kharkiv region.
