Men of conscription age will be able to obtain passport documents only on the territory of Ukraine

Men of military age will be able to obtain passport documents only in Ukraine. State Enterprise Document informs that documents will no longer be forwarded to foreign branches.

It refers to Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 443, which came into force on April 25.

"Men aged 18 to 60 will be able to obtain passport documents exclusively at the SMS offices in Ukraine, and documents will not be sent to foreign branches of the State Enterprise Document," the statement said.

However, there are exceptions. Ukrainians who have applied for documents abroad before April 25 will receive them "after the elimination of technical malfunctions."

The Passport Service has also published a list of those who will be able to obtain a passport abroad: people with disabilities and guardians of people with disabilities; parents of children with disabilities; people in need of constant care; people accompanying seriously ill children; people from the Defense and Security Forces; victims of Russian military aggression; those who went abroad for treatment.
