The occupiers are looking for additional human resources and recruit women in Russian penal colonies for the war against Ukraine. They promise them money and a return home. This was reported by the National Resistance Center.

Reportedly, agitators from the Russian Ministry of Defense are primarily looking for medics, snipers, and, if desired, assault troops.

At the same time, the occupiers promise the imprisoned women money and the opportunity to return home if they agree to fight against Ukraine.

"It should be noted that the convicted women actively agree to the terms, because they believe that they will return home alive in the net of propaganda. However, in Ukraine, they will face a completely different situation, and many of them will go to hell instead of freedom," the NRC noted.
