Ukraine has developed a plan for its counteroffensive. However, a necessary condition for its implementation is the availability of weapons. This was stated by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky in an interview with Bild.

"Yes, we have a counteroffensive plan. But it requires weapons. Including from the United States. Russia has more people, more weapons. But the united West has modern weapons systems. Therefore, we get certain technologies. And if we increase production, if we get licenses from our partners, it's not about the number of people. It is about the quality of weapons," he said.

The President expressed confidence that Ukraine will win the war.

"My son asks me a question: when will we win? He is eleven, but I am sure he is the same as the majority of Ukrainians. We will definitely win. We have no alternative. But I can't promise this and name a date," Volodymyr Zelensky said.

The President said that if Russia wins the war, there will be hundreds of thousands of victims in Ukraine.

"Putin understands only force. He feels like an animal: if you cannot defend yourself, he will destroy even more. His desire is to capture the whole of Ukraine," Zelensky said.

According to Zelensky, Putin will destroy everything and kill a lot of people.

"He (Putin) will destroy everything. He will kill a lot of people. Most people will not escape, so he will kill many of them. How will it look like? There will be a lot of blood. There will be many victims, many losses. We are talking about hundreds of thousands," the Ukrainian president summarized.
