Residents of Kharkiv are asked not to use boilers: there is a lack of electrical power after the shelling

As a result of the shelling on March 22, Kharkiv is experiencing a catastrophic lack of electrical power. Kharkiv residents are asked not to use boilers. This was reported by Kharkiv Heating Networks.

"Dear residents of Kharkiv! Check your hot water taps and minimize the use of electric boilers. The city is catastrophically short of electric power," the statement reads.

The utility company noted that hot water can be used instead, as its supply has already been restored.

"Most houses in the city have it. Just check the taps and use the centralized service. Today, by the end of the day, we plan to connect the last houses in Kholodnohirskyi, Novobavarskyi, Shevchenkivskyi and Kyiv districts," the statement reads.

As for electricity, Kharkiv continues to operate hourly electricity supply schedules for 200,000 people.
