Russia directly accused Ukraine of organizing the terrorist attack in the Crocus. For example, Russian Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev said that Ukraine is to blame for the tragedy.
When asked by journalists whether ISIS or Ukraine was behind the terrorist attack, Patrushev replied: "Of course, Ukraine".
As a reminder, the day before, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the attack in Crocus was "a link in a series of attempts by those who have been at war with Russia since 2014 at the hands of the Kyiv regime."
It is worth noting that four more defendants in the case of the Crocus attack were arrested in Moscow:
- 32-year-old Alisher Kasimov, who rented an apartment to one of the terrorists, Shamsuidin Fariduni. He is a professional chef, worked in a cafe and delivered food to Moscow construction sites.
- Aminchon and Dilovar Islomov, taxi drivers brothers from Tver. The latter, according to the investigation, was the owner of the white Renault Symbol in which the attackers fled.
- Their father is Isroil.
