At the site of the crash of the Russian Shahed kamikaze drone in Moldova during the attack on Ukraine, not only the wreckage of the UAV but also 50 kg of explosives were found. This was reported by the Moldovan police on February 12, according to News Maker.
During the inspection of the crash site of the Shahed combat drone in the Vulcanesti district, sappers found the warhead of the drone, which contained about 50 kg of explosives.
Employees of the local explosives department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs collected all the wreckage of the drone and neutralized the explosive charge.
Police emphasized that security measures will be extended until the investigation is completed.
