Podolyak: Draft law on mobilization may be adopted by the Verkhovna Rada in the coming weeks

The Verkhovna Rada may adopt the draft law on mobilization, a document that has already been finalized with MPs' proposals, in a few weeks. This was stated during a telethon by Mykhailo Podolyak, advisor to the head of the Presidential Office.

"I think it will take a few days, a couple of weeks at most, and the law will be voted on in the first and second reading. I mean, taking into account additional amendments that need to be made," he said.

According to him, the adoption of the document will take into account the positions of not only the National Security, Defense and Intelligence Committee, but also, for example, the Anti-Corruption and other parliamentary committees.
