Kuleba: Europe does not know how to fight

In an interview with the Ukrainian English-language publication The Kyiv Independent, Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said that Europe does not know how to fight.

"Weapons production is not the most popular business. Unfortunately, our friends have spent too much time thinking about how and when to increase the production of weapons and ammunition," the minister added.

He believes that Russia will have an advantage if the West fails to increase production.

"Europe clearly has an advantage in its technology. The problem and challenge they face is scaling up the production of this technology. I am sorry to say this, but it will not be enough if the situation does not change. And Russia will be ahead of us," Kuleba said.

According to him, many EU countries have begun to rely more on unilateral supplies, avoiding a pan-European mechanism.
