New rules of mobilization in Ukraine will come into force no earlier than spring, - People's Deputy

The new rules of mobilization, if adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers, will come into effect no earlier than spring. This was stated by People's deputy from the "Servant of the People" party Oleksandr Horeniuk.


According to his assessment, voting on the draft law in the first reading will take place on January 10-12. Then the committee will consider amendments, which will take up to three more weeks.

At the end of January, the Verkhovna Rada will start considering the document in the second reading with all the amendments.


After that, the adopted law will be signed by the president or vetoed and then undergo a third reading. A month after publication, the bill will come into force.
