Over the past four months, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have destroyed 20% of the Russian Black Sea Fleet. This was stated by British Defense Secretary Grant Shapps on X (Twitter).
According to him, the destruction of the Novocherkassk, a large landing ship of the Russian Black Sea Fleet, demonstrates that "those who believe that the war in Ukraine has reached a dead end are wrong."
"They have not noticed that 20% of the Russian Black Sea Fleet has been destroyed over the past four months. Russia's dominance in the Black Sea is now under threat, and a new coalition of naval forces led by the UK and Norway is helping to ensure Ukraine's victory at sea," Shapps emphasized.
