The head of the Defense Ministry's Main Intelligence Directorate, Kyrylo Budanov, said that Russia has no plans to wage war in 2025, LB.ua reports.
"I can only tell you one thing: the Russian Federation has no plans to wage war in 2025. Perhaps by the end of 2024, if nothing changes, they will adjust it. But for now, they have no such plans," Budanov said.
The intelligence chief also noted that Russia also has problems, in particular with resources, because the war is "very expensive."
"It may sound a bit rude, but we are fighting at someone else's expense, and they are fighting at their own. And they count their money, even though it seems that they don't. And very meticulously," he said.
