Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban has vetoed the allocation of 50 billion euros from the European Union to Ukraine. He announced this on his Twitter account.
According to the politician, the EU will return to this issue next year.
"The result of the night shift: a veto on additional money for Ukraine, a veto on the revision of the multi-year budget. We will return to this issue next year at the EU summit after appropriate preparation," he wrote.

The head of the European Council, Charles Michel, confirmed this information. According to him, only Budapest was against it.
