Russian occupants claim that a car carrying the so-called "ex-deputy of the People's Council of the LPR" Oleg Popov was blown up in the temporarily occupied Luhansk, killing him. This was stated by collaborator Volodymyr Rogov.

 

 

According to the report, a car burned down in the center of Luhansk near the Avangard stadium. The fire was extinguished by firefighters, but the causes and circumstances of the incident remain unclear.


The news agency did not specify whether there were any injuries as a result of the explosion.


Anonymous Russian Telegram channels claim that the car was blown up and that Oleg Popov, known as a "deputy of the People's Council of the LPR," was in it. He is reported to have been injured.


Vladimir Rogov also reported Popov's injury, claiming that "the deputy was blown up."


According to TASS, citing a comment by the occupation authorities of Luhansk region, Popov died after a car explosion, and indicates that he was an "ex-deputy".
