Poland extends blockade on the border, new deadlines have been announced

Polish carriers will continue and expand the blockade on the border with Ukraine. This was announced the day before by their leader Rafal Mekler of the far-right National Movement on Facebook.

"We have submitted another application. The protest in Dorohusk (Yahodyn-Dorohusk checkpoint - ed.) has been extended until February 1, 2024. Accepted without reservations," he wrote.

Mekler also announced the expansion of the blockade to the fourth checkpoint Medyka-Shehyni starting November 23.

"On Thursday, farmers are coming to Medyka. Together we can do more," he added.
