The head of intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov, said he hopes that 2025 will be a "turning point" for "devastating changes" in Russia. He said this in a comment to NV.
"There is hope that 2025 will be a turning point for internal systemic destructive changes and processes in the Russian state, society and economy," he said.
Budanov clarified that "this is not a forecast, but an expectation."
"Today, based on the available factors, there is a possibility of this. But don't forget that this war is globalizing every month and generating new processes. They will also overlap with the situation and greatly change any preliminary calculations. This is a challenge that the world's leading analysts have already faced," Budanov said.
