The Permanent Representative of the President in Crimea Tamila Tasheva called it a crime that former MP Iryna Farion published a letter from a student from the occupied peninsula, after which he was taken away by the FSB and promised to bring Farion to justice. This was reported by Tamila Tasheva on Facebook.
"It's a disgrace and a crime to publish a message from a person who writes to you from the temporarily occupied territory. I communicate with such citizens from Crimea every day, and we at the Mission of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea carry out systematic monitoring of the so-called "trials" of our citizens who "discredit" the armed forces of the aggressor country by their actions. At present, we know about at least 535 such "discrediting" cases," she said.
According to Tasheva, she would never have thought of posting personal correspondence in the public space, putting people in danger.
"As the representative of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, I will take actions to bring this citizen (Farion - ed.) to justice for these actions," Tasheva said.
