The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has decided to create a national register of pets, including dogs and cats. The Ministry of Digital Transformation announced this on Telegram.

According to the new decision, information on the description of animals, their vaccination, sterilization and other information will be stored in an electronic register. This will facilitate the procedure for obtaining documents for pets and help harmonize Ukrainian legislation with international standards.
