US Ambassador to Ukraine sees no facts of embezzlement of military and humanitarian aid

Representatives of the US Embassy in Ukraine have not found any facts of embezzlement of military, humanitarian and other aid. This was stated by US Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink, Fox News reports.

She noted that after the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, society has become less tolerant of corruption.

"Ukrainians, President Zelensky, his government, his parliament, even during the war, are taking many steps to fight corruption, including bringing a number of high-ranking officials and members of parliament to justice," Brink added.

The diplomat reminded that the United States carries out increased supervision over the delivery of aid to Ukraine.

"I can tell you that not a single piece of equipment has been misused; not a single piece of humanitarian aid or any other direct budgetary support or other types of assistance," she emphasized.
