The United States intends to take all possible steps to initiate criminal proceedings in connection with the supply of arms transfers between North Korea and Russia. This was reported by Yonhap.
"We have published information that shows that military aid is already on its way from North Korea to Russia," Miller said.
He added that the United States will closely monitor this and take all possible steps to hold the parties accountable.
The representative of the State Department emphasized that the reason why Russia had to travel around the world in search of weapons was due to sanctions and export controls imposed by the United States.
Earlier, South Korea and the United States argued that any arms trade with North Korea is a violation of numerous UN Security Council resolutions, which Russia voted for.
