Pentagon chief Lloyd Austin said that the United States is the most influential country in the world and has the strength to support both Israel and Ukraine at the same time.
"The United States is the most influential country in the world. And we are still fully capable of projecting power, keeping our commitments, and allocating resources to multiple battlefields. We will support Israel the same way we support Ukraine," Austin said, as quoted by the Pentagon's website.
According to him, the United States "can walk and chew gum at the same time."
