Ukraine returns electronic declarations for officials: President signed law

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has signed Law No. 9534 on the restoration and opening of e-declarations. The document was approved by the Parliament on September 20, taking into account the President's veto.

In particular, the bill card states that the document was returned with the President's signature on October 10.

It should be noted that the electronic declaration for officials and deputies was canceled after the start of Russia's full-scale war against Ukraine.

This step means that Ukraine has restored the obligation of officials and deputies to file electronic declarations. However, the declarations of military personnel whose activities pose a direct threat to their lives and health will be closed.

At the same time, all public officials will have access to their declarations around the clock.

In addition, there are certain restrictions on persons who are in the temporarily occupied territories.
