Ukraine will never agree to any territorial concessions to Russia. The condition for negotiations to end the war is the complete withdrawal of the aggressor country's troops from Ukrainian territory. This was stated by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba in an interview with Forbes.
"Until a Ukrainian border guard returns to the last border crossing point in eastern Ukraine or on the island of Tuzla, my message to those who dare to offer any territorial concessions is not even to think about it," Kuleba said.
The minister emphasized that if someone dares to talk to him about this, they "will have an unpleasant conversation."
He added that only the withdrawal of Russian troops from the territory of Ukraine could be a condition for the start of negotiations between the countries.
"If I see at least the beginning of this withdrawal and make sure that it is a real withdrawal, not a decoration, I will understand that they are ready for negotiations," Kuleba said.
