Rescue operations at the site of the attack on the hotel in Cherkasy continue around the clock. This was reported by the press service of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
It is noted that 593 tons of debris have been removed so far.
According to the press service, a hotel building was destroyed as a result of a missile strike on Cherkasy on September 21. As a result, a fire broke out and trade pavilions in the market caught fire.
As a result of this attack, 11 people were injured, 13 people were successfully evacuated, and one person was rescued from the rubble. Psychological support was provided to 117 victims.
