Ukraine's counteroffensive continues, but whether there will be a big breakthrough this year is still unknown. This was stated by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy in an interview with CNN.
The President praised the ongoing counteroffensive of the Ukrainian military. He also confirmed that the offensive is slower than expected.
When asked whether a major breakthrough is possible this year, Zelenskyy replied: "I think nobody really knows."
However, according to the head of state, this year our military will still be able to achieve success in certain areas.
"But I think we will have more success," he said, recalling Ukraine's achievements in the east.
