During a press conference with Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Moscow "has never refused to negotiate on Ukraine, if the other side wants to, let them say so." He was commenting on Blinken's words about Russia's unwillingness to negotiate with Ukraine, according to Russian media.
"Tango is, of course, good, but I think it's important for Ukraine not to forget hopak. Otherwise, they will always be dancing to someone else's music and someone else's tune. And one way or another, everyone will have to dance," Putin said.
Putin also called "nonsense" the information spread in the media that Russia plans to use North Korean volunteers in the war in Ukraine.
