Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak said that the effectiveness of sanctions imposed against Russia has a direct impact on the ability of the aggressor country to continue producing missiles and using them in the war against Ukraine. He said this in a statement.
Yermak emphasized that if foreign media report on the growth of missile production in Russia, this indicates the need to strengthen and improve sanctions against this aggressor country.
The Head of the President's Office also clarified that the McFaul-Yermak group provided detailed proposals to Ukraine's allies and provided evidence of the use of foreign components in Russian weapons. This indicates that Russia's military-industrial complex cannot produce missiles without these components.
Ukraine is currently actively working with its partner governments to impose stricter sanctions on Russia.
Yermak also emphasized the importance of cutting off oxygen supplies to Russia in order to weaken the aggressor country's military potential.
"It depends on the effectiveness of sanctions whether the enemy will be able to continue killing with deadly weapons," he added.
