The crew of a Romanian Air Force helicopter found the wreckage of a drone similar to those used by Russia to attack Izmail district of Odesa region on the night of September 13. This was reported by the country's Ministry of National Defense.
"The crew of the Romanian Air Force's IAR 330 Puma helicopter found fragments that may belong to a drone. They flew several dozen meters away," the statement said.
The wreckage was spotted near the towns of Nuferu and Victoria in Tulcin County.
A special team is currently working at the site to conduct an investigation and examination. This is the third time that fragments of Russian drones have been found in Romania.
