The Ukrainian military continues its offensive operations in the southern sections of the frontline and south of Bakhmut. Deputy Defense Minister Malyar reported some positive results of the counteroffensive.
On the southern areas of the front, the advance towards Novoprokopivka, located south of Robotyne, is confirmed. Ukrainian soldiers are successfully consolidating their positions.
In the eastern areas, Ukrainian forces are advancing south of Bakhmut. Intense fighting continues in Klishchiyivka, Kurdyumivka and Andriyivka. The report also mentions "certain successes" in this direction.
The Russian Federation is unsuccessfully trying to advance in the areas of Novohorivka and Bilohorivka in Luhansk region on the Lyman direction.
On the northern part of the front, Russia maintains a military presence in the border areas, including Bryansk, Kursk, and Belgorod regions. The purpose of this presence is to limit the maneuverability of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and prevent them from moving into active combat zones.
