Russia has announced its decision not to involve Brazil in the investigation of the crash of the Brazilian Embraer plane carrying Prigozhin and his associates, Reuters reports.


According to information published by Brazil's aviation accident investigation agency, the Russian authorities emphasized that this procedure is not mandatory. However, Brazil has expressed a desire to participate in the investigation, as is recommended in such cases.

It should be noted that the Brazilian passenger plane Embraer Legacy 600 is famous for its high degree of safety. More than 800 similar aircraft are in operation. In this regard, Brazil has expressed its interest in conducting a thorough investigation of this plane crash in order to prevent possible similar incidents in the future.
