Talks between Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Russian leader Vladimir Putin are scheduled for September 4 in Sochi. The main topic of the meeting will be a "grain deal," Habertürk reports.
According to information received from the newspaper's sources, Erdogan and Putin plan to discuss a new approach to the "grain deal." This concept, as noted, is being developed by Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan. Last week, Fidan visited Ukraine and is soon to go to Moscow for negotiations.
After that, Turkey intends to consider options from the UN and develop a new formula that "can be discussed by Erdogan and Putin."
