According to information provided by Reuters, the United States is extending the special status for Ukrainian refugees for an additional year and a half.
This means that Ukrainians will be able to stay in the United States as refugees until April 2025. The current program, which originally ended on October 19 this year, will be extended.
In April of this year, it was reported that more than 280,000 Ukrainians had left Ukraine for the United States.
