Ukrainian border guards have recorded an unusual case in which a Russian citizen who had overstayed his stay in Ukraine made changes to his passport in an attempt to avoid deportation.

As it is claimed, the man was detained by border guards in the Kyiv region because of the expiration of his stay in Ukraine. Instead of facing possible deportation back to Russia, he decided to take a non-standard solution and "modified" his passport by adding the slogan "Glory to Ukraine" to it.
