According to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Ihor Klymenko, as of 15:00, three dead and 27 wounded were recorded as a result of massive rocket attacks by enemy forces.
"Consequences of the massive night shelling of Ukraine: 8 regions of the country were shelled. As of 15:00, 3 people were killed and 27 injured. Lviv suffered the most casualties - 15 wounded," noted Klymenko.
It is reported that 22 civilian infrastructure objects were damaged as a result of the shelling, including one apartment building, nine private houses, one medical facility and one educational institution.
Fires that broke out at the places where the shells hit were quickly extinguished by rescuers from the State Emergency Service.
Under the leadership of the National Police, operational groups are working to document evidence of war crimes committed by the Russian Federation.
As we reported earlier, last night, the armed forces of the Russian Federation carried out a large-scale rocket attack on Ukrainian cities. The attacks hit Lviv and Dnipro, Lutsk and Khmelnytskyi, Zaporizhzhia and Smila, as well as many other settlements.
