Danilov: Ukrainian peace plan remains unchanged

Danilov announced that the main principles of Ukraine's peace plan, which calls for the withdrawal of Russian troops to the 1991 borders, remain unchanged, but points in it can be changed.

"We can change the sequence of points, if you want," the secretary of Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council said in an interview with la Repubblica, answering a question about the flexibility of Ukraine's plan to end the conflict.

As a reminder, Zelensky's 10-point plan includes the restoration of Ukraine's territorial integrity, nuclear, food and energy security, and the exchange of prisoners under the "all for all" formula.

Danilov also denied that the West was putting pressure on Ukraine to initiate negotiations with Russia, as Foreign Minister Kuleba had previously claimed.

"Reports of this alleged pressure are not confirmed by anything. They exist only on the Internet... The partners did not indicate any obligations regarding conducting negotiations," the NSDC head emphasized.
