Rocket attack on Lviv and its surroundings: 15 injured

A rocket attack by Russian forces on Lviv and neighboring villages on the night of August 14-15 injured 15 people. Fortunately, no one was killed in the incident. This was reported at a briefing by the head of the Lviv regional administration, Maksym Kozytskyi, according to the Lviv portal.


"Fortunately, no one was killed, but 15 people were injured, including a 10-year-old child. Five of the injured were hospitalized, none of them are in serious condition. The condition of five others is assessed as light," the official said.


The head of the RMA also said that six hits were recorded in the Lviv region as a result of the attack, and one of the missiles was shot down by the air defense system. More than 40 houses were damaged in Lviv and in the villages of Obroshyne and Zymnovodivsk. Operational measures are currently being taken to eliminate the consequences of the missile attack.
