Ukraine refuses an immediate ceasefire and will not negotiate with Russia until Russian troops are completely withdrawn from its territory. This was stated by Podolyak, an adviser to the head of the Presidential Office, on his Twitter account.
Podolyak emphasized that the basis for the negotiations is President Zelensky's "peace formula," which provides for the complete withdrawal of Russian troops from Ukraine to the 1991 border.
He emphasized that compromise proposals such as an "immediate ceasefire" and "negotiations here and now" that allow Russia to remain in the occupied territories are not appropriate.
