Shelling of Kryvyi Rih
On Monday, July 31, Russian troops fired two rockets from Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk region. At first there were explosions, an air alert was announced in the region at that time. Later it became known that one of the rockets hit a residential building, the second hit an educational institution.
Russia attacked Kryvyi Rih today, probably using ballistic weapons.
This was announced by the spokesman of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Yuriy Ignat.
Ignat noted that the type of rockets used by the occupiers to attack the territory of Ukraine can only be definitively determined when the debris is found. Then, according to him, engine specialists determine the type of ammunition.
"Most likely, it was ballistics, according to preliminary data. You know how dangerous ballistic weapons are, how quickly they can arrive, and how destructive they are. We have to wait until the remains of missiles are found on the spot, and then we can finally say what it was," the spokesman said .
