Terrorist Girkin was detained in Russia

Russian security forces detained former militant leader Igor Girkin (Strelkov). The information was confirmed by his wife Myroslava Reginska.

rosZMI and Girkin's wife reported this.

According to her, representatives of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation came to Girkin's apartment today. It was they who detained the terrorist.

"I was not at home at that time. Soon, according to the concierge, they took my husband by the arms and took him in an unknown direction," Reginska declares.

She added that Hyrkin was charged under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (extremism).

The detention of former militant leader Igor Girkin (Strelkov) in Russia indicates that an active confrontation has begun between the towers of the Kremlin.

This was stated by the representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Andriy Yusov on the air of the telethon.

"Pushkin wrote in, Gagarin flew over, and Girkin agreed. This is good news. There, the jar of spiders continues to move actively. We can wish success to all participants in the process," Yusov said.

According to him, similar processes within the Kremlin used to take place in a more hidden form, but after the attempted mutiny of the founder of the private military company "Wagner" Yevgeny Prigozhin, they "began to come out more and more."

Yusov noted that the situation is paradoxical, since Prigozhin went to Moscow and shot down planes, while Girkin was detained. This is a feature of Putin's regime.

"The issue is not with Ghirkin himself. He did not act as an independent figure before this. This means that the residents of the Kremlin towers are entering an active phase of internal confrontation. And here we can definitely say what will happen next," added the representative of the GUR.

 Who is Girkin?

Igor Girkin (Strelkov) is a war criminal, former FSB officer and "Minister of Defense of the DPR". He is also involved in the crash of Malaysia Airlines flight MH17, which was shot down by Russian fighters in the sky over Donbas in July 2014. Girkin is declared an international wanted man.

In Ukraine, several criminal cases have also been initiated against the Russian terrorist, and the GUR of the Ministry of Defense has promised 100,000 dollars for Girkin's arrest.

It is worth noting that recently Girkin (Strelkov) began to actively criticize the Russian military leadership and dictator Vladimir Putin. He blamed them for failures at the front.
