President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyі held another meeting of the Staff of the Commander-in-Chief. They discussed the situation at the front and the supply of weapons.
This was reported by the Telegram of the head of state.
During the meeting, the issue was raised:
the situation at the front;
advancement of Ukrainian troops;
new military aid packages and improved supply logistics;
pace of production of Ukrainian weapons.
Zelenskyi listened to commanders Valery Zaluzhnyi, Oleksandr Syrskyi, and Oleksandr Tarnavskyi.
There were also reports by Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov on new packages of military aid from allies and by Deputy Prime Minister Oleksandr Kubrakov on improving the logistics of arms supply.
"Increasing our own production, in particular, a good result with regard to UAVs. Increasing the volume of repairs. Reports of the Minister of Strategic Industries Kamyshin and Commander Gulyak," the president added.
The meeting also discussed the protection of nuclear power plants and the northern border, as well as the results of testing the readiness of the Defense Forces to perform the relevant tasks.
According to the report of the head of the GUR Kyril Budanov, taking into account the intelligence data and the measures taken, there is no threat of an invasion from Belarus.
The situation at the front
According to the latest data from the General Staff, the Russians continue to concentrate their main efforts on the Kupyan, Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiiv and Marin directions, and heavy fighting continues. About 30 combat clashes took place during the day.
Ukrainian soldiers continue offensive operations and have had success in the Bakhmut direction in the last day. The Armed Forces advanced south of Bakhmut.
