The Mayor of Moscow Serhiy Sobyanin declared Monday a non-working day.

"In order to minimize risks, I, within the framework of the operational headquarters, decided to declare Monday a non-working day - with the exception of government bodies and enterprises of continuous cycle, the defense-industrial complex, city services," - said in a message on his telegram channel, Russian publication Interfax notes.

He urged people to refrain from traveling around the city as much as possible and reported that traffic may be blocked in certain neighborhoods and on some roads.

"City services are on high alert," the mayor added.

Earlier on Saturday, the National Anti-Terrorist Committee reported that the KTO regime was introduced in Moscow, Moscow suburbs and Voronezh region.

Mass events were canceled in the capital.

Meanwhile, the columns of the "Wagner" PMK entered the Moscow region. In the capital of Russia, trenches are being dug and preparations are being made to meet compatriots with assault rifles.

Russian mass media and Telegram channels write about it.

Earlier on June 24, the "Wagner" units were established in Rostov, Voronezh, their equipment was already spotted in the territory of the Lipetsk region. As the militants said, they are only going to Moscow. Moreover, they had already managed to shoot down helicopters of the Russian military and urged them not to resist.

It is also known that the Chechen special forces arrived in the Russian city of Rostov-on-Don, which is under the control of the "Wagner" PMC. Yevgeny Prigozhin's mercenaries have already begun to disarm the first groups of "kadyrov" and recruit them.

The relevant footage is published in local media. The video shows how near the branch of the Russian Savings Bank, residents of Wagner brutally put unknown men facedown on the asphalt, who were apparently traveling in a car without license plates and with a capital letter Z on the back window.

The people detained by Prigozhin's mercenaries are dressed in civilian clothes, one of them has the appearance of a Caucasian. Perhaps it is about "Kadyrov" who came to the city for reconnaissance.
